  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods such as promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • United States shipping time: Typically 3–7 business days
  • Shipping cut-off time: 10:00 PM EST

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Nutrise is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nutrise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
