If you have used the product consistently as directed and feel it did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for this guarantee:
- The product must have been used consistently and as directed.
- The request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
This requirement ensures the product was given a fair and consistent trial before evaluating results.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (3-Day Policy)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue.
You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 3 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and hygiene standards, we do not accept general returns.
We cannot accept:
- Opened products outside of the approved 60-Day Guarantee review process
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Excessively used, tampered, or intentionally damaged items
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, you may place a new order at any time.
Subscription Orders
For subscription or recurring orders:
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
- Once a renewal charge has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before renewal.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Restocking and shipping fees may apply where permitted.
